With a kind and welcoming approach, Erin ensures athletes feel safe and supported as they begin their journey, overcoming stigma and navigating their mental health needs. She handles scheduling, athlete pairings, and works closely with mental health specialists to ensure smooth onboarding. Erin has been with Onrise since 2018, solving problems and making each athlete's experience a positive one. Outside of work, she enjoys University of Tennessee football games, family time at the ballpark, and Taylor Swift concerts.
